Seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support public sector clients in managing recruitment campaigns and competitions.

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
- Monitoring client inboxes and responding to candidate queries in a timely manner.
- Acknowledging and reviewing candidate applications.
- Assessing candidates' application forms and preparing relevant recruitment documentation.
- Issuing correspondence to candidates and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing a superior candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the full recruitment journey.
- Scheduling interviews and preparing required documentation.
- Attending regular client meetings and supporting with client reporting.
Requirements for this role:
- Experience working within a recruitment or administrative role.
- Flexibility to attend client sites as required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a process-oriented environment and appreciate the art of administration.
- Passion for the talent industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and connect with people.
