Who we are looking for

Home Instead Ireland is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 1-year FTC with the potential to become a permanent staff member. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for driving the Healthcare Recruitment growth of Home Instead and will have the following abilities:

  • Proactively source talent through talent pipelines and actively headhunt as required.
  • Advertise in accordance with the Attraction Strategy and Calendar. Adjust as required to ensure return on investment.
  • Develop the attraction and sourcing strategy. Drive and manage this according to the business needs and industry trends. Ensure the strategy has a multi-faceted approach to attraction that is an always-on campaign for all roles across the business.
  • Generate offer letters and communicate to candidates.
  • Analyze the metrics and develop action plans to improve and move the business forward.
  • Review and continually update the centralized offering ensuring we are leading the way in our processes.

Qualifications and skills required

  • Relevant HR or Recruitment qualification.
  • Experience in recruitment management and high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including highly effective interpersonal skills, and strong judgment and assessment skills to assess applications and conduct interviews and annual performance reviews efficiently and professionally.
  • Demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and processes.
  • Possess high emotional intelligence and initiative.
  • Be a people person.
  • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet KPIs and deadlines.

Job Type: Fixed term
