Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Ireland. This role will be based at our Dun Laoghaire Manufacturing site and reports to the Site Lead of Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment services for key roles. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage a team of external recruiters, and drive continuous improvements across the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Social Studies, Business, and/or Life Sciences, with 5 years of prior experience performing full recruitment cycles. They will be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, support recruitment efforts across multiple functions, and manage requisitions from intake to hire. The candidate will also be able to facilitate selection decisions, negotiate offers, and guide the relationship between the candidate and the business. The role requires strategic thinking, influencing and partnership skills, a candidate experience focus, adaptability and innovation, resilience and dealing with ambiguity, and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will be able to create and execute impactful employer branding strategies, position the company as an employer of choice, and manage and motivate recruiters to achieve high-performance and efficient delivery of high-volume hiring goals.
