Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker)
Our client, a leading communications company, seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Dublin City Centre. This permanent role involves leveraging expertise in the German-speaking market to identify and attract top talent. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Overseeing the recruitment process for German-speaking roles, from job postings to hiring.
Sourcing and engaging top talent using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking.
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for key positions in German-speaking regions.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and providing recruitment strategies.
Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
Supporting employer branding initiatives in German-speaking markets.
Staying updated on industry trends and providing insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Reporting on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment role, ideally with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
Native level of written and spoken German language skills.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Previous experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting.
Excellent organisational skills.
Experience working with recruitment technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
