We are looking for a client-facing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our pharmaceutical clients. This role is focused on ensuring you are driving delivery and building relationships across all our TEG clients. Maintaining a Client First approach every time and finding the talent they need in the time they need it.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build personal network of candidate and client contacts.
  2. Increase hires across departments for our clients by building relationships with key stakeholders within the business units.
  3. Meet or exceed target KPIs.
  4. Qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit, and interest).
  5. Support and influence the candidate and client throughout the recruitment process through to placement and settling in period.
  6. Develop, maintain, and manage client contacts.
  7. Demonstrate strong client development and relationship activity including building client relationships, attending networking events, and similar, research and marketing.
  8. Take ownership for personal and professional development.
  9. Work collaboratively with colleagues from the department and wider Cpl group.
  10. Provide coaching and mentoring support to Talent Sourcers.
  11. Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
  12. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry sector and/or functional area.
  13. Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure Candidate Management System is up to date and of the highest quality.
  14. Support sourcing of candidates within the industry.
  15. Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification, develop client relations and raise personal and company brand awareness.
  16. Work with our internal delivery teams to ensure hiring requirements are met.
  17. Collaborate with our Centre of Excellence teams to ensure best practices are in place.
  18. Provide delivery and client reports.
  19. Support monthly business reviews/QBIs.
  20. Support the leads/operations.
  21. Support the wider team on delivery across all our clients.
  22. Support AL cover for TAs across the team.

Requirements for this role

  1. A minimum of 2+ years' experience working within recruitment/talent acquisition specifically with engineering or finance background.
  2. Proven track record of hiring candidates across multiple disciplines at all levels.
  3. Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proven track record of meeting SLAs & KPIs.
  5. Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
  6. Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
  7. Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
  8. Ability to demonstrate an exceptional level of administrative skills and attention to detail.
  9. High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing systems as interviewing will be carried out remotely.
  10. Willingness to travel to other sites as per client requirements.
