Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as required
- Source and recruit candidates
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Coordinate interview arrangements and provide expert advice to selection panels
- Conduct interviews
- Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth integration
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Healthcare Recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Strong decision-making skills
