Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with the skills to find top talent in the German-speaking market. If you're eager to make a lasting impact and benefit from a rewarding career, our client is seeking a talented, in-house recruiter to join their dynamic team in Dublin.

Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment from sourcing to offer.
2. Building Talent Pools to ensure future needs of the company.
3. Manage stakeholders and partner with hiring managers to ascertain needs.
4. Conduct interviews over phone, video, and in-person with candidates.
5. Support and promote the company's employer branding initiatives.
6. Do relevant market research and stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within the German-speaking job market.
7. Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management.

Skills

1. Excellent level of written and spoken German language skills are essential. Strong proficiency in English is also required.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Good experience in sourcing through a variety of channels.
5. Experience in conducting interviews and assessments.
6. Stakeholder Management.
7. Organisational Skills.
8. Comfortable working with recruitment technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
9. Cultural awareness of the nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Dublin, hybrid

Salary: 35,000 Euro per Annum + Commission
