Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, building talent pools, managing stakeholders, conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
Requirements include fluent German and English language skills, 1 year of recruitment experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and cultural awareness of the German market.
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid role in Dublin, with a salary of €35,000 per annum plus commission, and benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and a private retirement savings account.
