Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist required to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new talent, working across teams to support the growth of a growing engineering business.

The role involves developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent, analysing hiring and talent needs, sourcing candidates, and managing the screening process.

The successful candidate will have a 3rd level qualification in Human Resources, 4-5 years' experience in talent acquisition, and strong communication and organisational skills.

The position is onsite Monday to Friday and offers a competitive salary and 5% pension contribution.

The company is a growing engineering business with a presence across Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
  • Analysing the company's hiring and talent needs
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
  • Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
  • Building relationships with applicants and past employees
  • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
  • Representing the organisation at job fairs and recruiting events
  • Supporting the HR function to ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
  • Generating HR reports for management as required

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • 4-5 years' previous experience in talent acquisition
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude with a high degree of integrity and discretion
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
