- Develop and improve talent acquisition policies and strategies.
- Monitor hiring needs to anticipate future recruitment.
- Candidate sourcing or screening.
- Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and key business stakeholders.
- Research talent acquisition trends for process improvement.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
- Ensure HR compliance with recruitment legislation.
- Generate TA reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus.
- Ability to manage confidential data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
