Experience Talent Acquisition Specialist sought to develop talent acquisition strategies, manage recruitment processes, and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders in a Meath-based role. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of vacancies across various business units. The role will be based fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruitment experience, a CIPD qualification, and strong communication and organizational skills. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage confidential data. The successful candidate will be responsible for research talent acquisition trends, generate reports, and represent the organization at events. They will ensure HR compliance with recruitment legislation and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
