Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
Recruitment of various business units, talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and representing the organization at events.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve talent acquisition policies and strategies.
• Monitor hiring needs and anticipate future recruitment.
• Source or screen candidates.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Research talent acquisition trends for process improvement.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Ensure HR compliance with recruitment legislation.
• Generate TA reports.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus.
• Ability to manage confidential data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
