Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Public Sector Organisation for permanent role. They are based in Dublin city and the role is Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as required
- Post jobs to appropriate platforms
- Source and recruit candidates
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Coordinate all interview arrangements and provide expert advice to the selection panels.
- Conduct interviews
- Help onboard new employees to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Responsibility for the creation and implementation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Requirements:- Proven work experience of 35 years as a Recruiter
- Healthcare Recruitment experience Desired
- Handson experience with various selection processes
- Strong decisionmaking skills
