Servisource is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Grade VI for a public sector Contract length: Temporary Salary: €55,093/year Working week: 35h/week Monday to Friday Location: Dublin Professional Duties and Responsibilities: You will have responsibility over the full recruitment process lifecycle of your allocated Portfolios, such as across Medical, Nursing, Health & Social Care professionals; and Management | Admin | Corporate | Digital Health | Research & Innovation | Academic Sciences Work in partnership with Hiring Managers as their dedicated TA Business Specialist, to guide them through the Talent Acquisition process. Manage role design. Meet with hiring managers and design the job description. Own, lead, and deliver on the key recruitment activities with regards to attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management processes. Lead your portfolio with working knowledge of professional social networking sites for talent search, online social media related experience is preferred. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with insights, analysis, and innovative ways of sourcing the right calibre of candidates to client. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. Seek out market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction and sourcing. Cold call candidates. Positively influence the HR team and Line Managers to bring about successful recruitment campaigns. Identify hard to fill/long term vacancies and apply proactive recruitment techniques to address the issue. Redesign and implement enhanced interview skills training for client's Executive members, internal candidates, and HR practitioners in conjunction with Learning and Development colleagues. Working together as a TA team, develop a standard approach which enables continuity and effective communication with candidates, providing timely updates and professional feedback. Plan Interview campaigns and act as a trusted partner and voice during candidate selection Track all Talent Acquisition key metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide regular data and recruitment metric reports and updates to HR Management and stakeholders. Professional HR Duties and Responsibilities: Provide expert Talent Acquisition advice supporting all hiring functions. Provide operational leadership, line management and support to designated HR team members in all roles. At all times, represent the whole client's HR department with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a consistent approach to an excellent customer service delivery model. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area to the role. OR must have a minimum of 3 years post graduate HR experience and have completed a qualification in HR. Minimum of 2 years track record working within a Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, In-House or Agency Recruitment facing role. Recognised public service or healthcare recruitment or TA experience. Desirable & Person specific skills Experience working F/T in a Talent Acquisition or In-House Recruitment role, delivering on targets, cold-calling, sourcing, international campaigns and leading out on pipeline creation. Extensive and demonstrable Social Media experience, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter. Extensive experience working in a complex change environment. Experience of providing Talent Acquisition services within a public sector environment, ideally within healthcare. ATS experience with sourcing and managing candidates. Boolean search expertise, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and other sourcing tools. Extensive experience and a demonstratable track record of policy and procedure development and process improvement. Experience of using recruitment automation software, such as Rezoomo, Softworks, ReciteMe. Experience with payroll software such as SAP Experience of playing a lead role in Change / Transition projects Extensive experience, utilising all marketing and recruitment tools to create pipelines. Have a strong understanding of international recruitment and their structures such as visas permits, country laws. Have excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel ,PowerPoint and Outlook
