Here, great ideas have no rank, and we invite everybody to chip in to create the strongest banking solutions for Danish society.We are searching for a Talent Attraction Partner.This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, and you will join our Talent Attraction team. The team is in charge of all recruitment processes and bringing more great people to BEC. Currently, our team consists of 9 passionate experts, and right now we are looking for one more talented colleague to join us.At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Natalia Faccio.Primary task and responsibilities:Work closely with hiring managers (from Poland and Denmark) and external vendors.Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to contract negotiation.Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and expand recruiting strategies.Act as a point of contact for external vendors and candidates, building influential candidate relationships.Use sourcing strategies and market experience to attract and engage passive high-quality candidates.Proactively use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub etc).Review business needs and help leaders think holistically about talent solutions.Gather data and conduct simple analysis on recruitment processes.Work on continuous improvements in the recruiting process.Support external employer branding activities and in-office social events to attract new talent.To succeed you will have:At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment.Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.Proactiveness and a positive attitude.A “how can we do this better?” approach and a “team first, ego last” working style.It is nice to have:Understanding of the IT market, its trends and opportunities.Experience in Polish labor market regulation.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a dynamic environment.Benefits:Flexible working hours (core hours between 09:00-15:00).Free lunch at the office.Private medical health care.Mental health support.PLN 600 on a benefit platform a month.Passion clubs and social events (Tennis, salsa dancing, board games, family picnics and more!).What does the recruitment process look like?Send us your CV: We want to get to know you.Screening call: Let’s chat and see if we’re a match.Meet your future manager and team: See who you’ll be working closely with.Personality and cognitive test: Let’s learn more about you.Meet our talent partner and your future manager once more: Get feedback on your test results.Time to sign the contract: We’re ready to welcome you to BEC!We are an equal opportunities employer.
