The role of the Talent Consultant Graduate will be to work alongside a team of Consultants to bring innovative and science-backed assessments and professional consultancy to a diverse range of companies across Ireland and Globally.

The Talent Consultant role is an autonomous one; your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on, giving you essential technical knowledge and client management skills, as well as the opportunity to develop client relationships early on in your career. As a result, this is a varied and challenging role. The Talent Consultant will be supported by Talent Consultant and Directors who are all committed to supporting them and their development.
