A leading multi-national organisation with operations across Ireland, is looking for a Talent Development Partner. This is a strategic position aimed at enhancing performance, aligning talent programs with business goals, and driving continuous learning and development initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design & Deliver Training Programs: Address skill gaps and develop leadership capabilities. Collaboration with Leadership: Develop solutions to enhance team and organizational performance, while aligning business strategy and culture. Manage Training Budget: Ensure effective use of resources, measure learning outcomes, and implement ROI-focused strategies. Change Management & Learning Strategy: Lead ongoing development initiatives using modern methods like e-learning, blended learning, and even augmented reality. Vendor Management & Cost-saving: Evaluate external training providers, negotiate terms, and introduce cost-saving measures. Train the Trainer Programs: Ensure in-house trainers are fully qualified, and run refresher courses. Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Learning (CIPD membership is a plus), with 6+ years in a similar role. Skills: Proven expertise in talent development, training program management, and leadership development in a matrixed environment.
