A leading multi-national organisation with operations across Ireland, is looking for a Talent Development Partner. This is a strategic position aimed at enhancing performance, aligning talent programs with business goals, and driving continuous learning and development initiatives across the organization. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of learning. Key Responsibilities: Design & Deliver Training Programs: Address skill gaps and develop leadership capabilities. Collaboration with Leadership: Develop solutions to enhance team and organizational performance, while aligning business strategy and culture. Manage Training Budget: Ensure effective use of resources, measure learning outcomes, and implement ROI-focused strategies. Change Management & Learning Strategy: Lead ongoing development initiatives using modern methods like e-learning, blended learning, and even augmented reality. Vendor Management & Cost-saving: Evaluate external training providers, negotiate terms, and introduce cost-saving measures. Train the Trainer Programs: Ensure in-house trainers are fully qualified, and run refresher courses. Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Learning (CIPD membership is a plus), with 6+ years in a similar role. Skills: Proven expertise in talent development, training program management, and leadership development in a matrixed environment.
