What started out as a single office sales recruitment agency, quickly grew into a multinational business consultancy, offering a multitude of services including sales recruitment, engineering recruitment, marketing recruitment and IT recruitment as well as sales and business training solutions. In our Dublin office, our main areas of focus are Sales, Engineering and Medical recruitment. Our Dublin office is based currently in Sandyford, and as it continues to grow, we are now on the lookout for a new Talent Manager. You will be joining a rapidly expanding team and be a part of an intensive training program which will bring you up to speed on all things sales and recruitment. You will join a team of experienced professionals and a company that encourages progression, with management that invests heavily in their staff. As a result, the company culture is positive and promotes inclusiveness with a fun office environment THE ROLE: The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to learn the recruitment business from the ground up. We will help you grow and develop your recruitment skill set with our step by step training program. This role will be focused on candidate management initially and day to day duties will include: Writing job adverts and posting ads on relevant job boards Assess incoming CVs for suitability and proactively sourcing new candidates Categorizing candidates based on background, skillset and education Pre-screening suitable candidates to further assess their background, skills and experience Matching all candidates to all suitable roles Assisting with the creation of shortlists to be sent to clients This will lay the foundation for your journey in recruitment and will pave the way for you to progress into more advanced roles in our business. Typically, successful Talent Managers will move into roles in sales or consultancy. In sales, you will be responsible for developing business with both new and existing clients. In a consultancy role, you are involved heavily with the duties above, as well as throughout the entire interview process once CVs have been sent, consulting with both client and candidate throughout the process, ensuring we reach a positive end. Both roles are sales orientated and very consultative. THE PERSON: We are open to discussing this role with any person that feels they have what it takes to become a Talent Manager. The role typically suits a graduate, or somebody in the early stages of their career. Some of the key ingredients are: Attention to detail (THIS IS CRUCIAL!!) You must be organised and process driven You must be able to think on your feet You must be resilient You must be ambitious Candidates with any experience working in a fast-paced customer service, or customer facing environment will have an advantage. Also, you must know how to use Microsoft office programs like MS Word and MS Excel at least at a basic level. Finally, any previous CRM use will be an advantage. If you haven't used a CRM but your generally OK with basic IT, or using the internet, that's fine too. THE PACKAGE: Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 DOE year 1 Bonus: approx. €5,000 - €10,000 year 1 Pension 25 days leave Hybrid working (after training) LOCATION: Sandyford, Dublin Skills: sales recruitment account management graduate Benefits: 25 days leave pension
