ABOUT THE TEAM You would be joining our practice that helps clients co-create the workforce of the future. How? We make decisions based on data and insights. We as T&O professionals sit within our Strategy & Consulting practice, partnering with our clients to: Embed organisational change on large scale business transformations Design and implement talent strategies that will support business growth Create and implement new operating models to achieve their business and people agenda Transform their HR functions to become a more strategic partner to the business, enabled by technology CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting consistent delivery of high-quality project deliverables on time and within budget Co-collaboration Supporting development of clear, high-quality work products for clients Helping to shape creative and innovative solutions to address client business and technology issues Communicating effectively with the Accenture engagement team, the client, and internal and external stakeholders, as required Working confidently with clients, to support building trusted relationships. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Third level qualification Consultant Level: 3+ years relevant work experience with a working knowledge of talent & organisation/human potential topics Previous consulting experience is highly valued Experience working in multi-national environments Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving. A proven ability to collaborate, engage, and facilitate client meetings and workshops. Design Thinking skills and experience using digital workspaces such as Mural/MS Whiteboard. Experience in program and project management Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Does this appeal to you?
