Talent Partner - Global Mobile Tech
- Location:Dublin, Ballsbridge (Hybrid: 3 days in the office)
- Salary:€70,000 - €75,000 per annum

Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Talent Partner to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our talent strategy, driving learning and development initiatives, and training our leadership team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management:Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Learning and Development:Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs that align with our business goals.
- Leadership Training:Provide comprehensive training and development for our leadership team to enhance their skills and drive company success.
- Employee Engagement:Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
What is needed:
- Proven experience in People Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Leadership Training.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Human Resources or similar
