Seeking a highly motivated Tax Accountant to manage corporate and VAT tax reporting for UK and Irish entities.
Our client, a leading global investment bank, provides a wide range of financial services, including capital markets, investment banking, and corporate banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax reporting and compliance for corporate tax and VAT (partial exemption for financial services)
- Prepare tax provisions and returns for UK and Irish entities
- Assist with statutory reporting, tax disclosures, and financial statement reviews
- Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with UK and Irish tax regulations
- Collaborate with finance teams to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines
- Lead ad hoc local and global tax projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant or Tax Advisor with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of UK and Irish corporate tax and VAT
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results
- Experience motivating teams and driving process improvements
