What we can offer you 50,000 EUR to 70,000 EUR per annum based on experience Excellent flexible/hybrid working options Relocation assistance for those coming from outside of Ireland Learning and development support Exciting company social events Discounted health insurance Your key responsibilities as the Tax Advisory Manager In this role you can expect to coordinate cross-border advice for both individuals and employers, addressing global mobility matters that include policy development, SARP applications, A1 applications, and residence and domicile inquiries. You will provide guidance on shadow payroll and assist with the setup and registration for PAYE in Ireland. Additionally, you'll advise on domestic and global incentive arrangements, redundancy, and workforce restructuring issues. Your role will involve performing PAYE reviews and offering insights on PAYE operational matters, as well as providing advice on PAYE audits and PREM interventions. You will also conduct PAYE due diligence in the context of M&A transactions and contribute by presenting in-house tax training courses and assisting with client presentations as needed. Requirements To be considered for the position of Tax Advisory Manager, you should hold membership in the Irish Taxation Institute (or a comparable foreign institution) or be a qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent). The role requires strong tax technical skills, as well as exceptional written and numerical abilities. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in at least one area of Global Mobility, Employment Tax, or Rewards, along with the capability to coordinate global or regional tax services for multinational clients. Additionally, project management experience, effective delegation, and service delivery skills are essential, as is the ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management.
