About the Role


As a Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing expert tax advice to private clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Identify gaps in the market and opportunities to create value propositions that drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Disrupt and improve ways of working to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Culture and Diversity: Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity, valuing the differences that make our teams stronger.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Code of Conduct: Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Irish Taxation Institute Membership: Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute is highly desirable.
  • Big 4 Experience: Big 4 experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Management Experience: At least 10 years' experience in a management role in tax practice and/or client-centric professional environment.
  • Tax Expertise: Extensive experience advising on tax structuring for private individuals and entrepreneurs.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team and developing client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and develop client relationships.
