**Tax Director / Senior Manager Opportunity** A senior tax professional is sought to join a growing tax team at a dynamic firm, working with a diverse range of international and domestic clients across various sectors. **About RSM Ireland** RSM Ireland is a fast-growing advisory firm, specialising in consulting, audit, and tax services to leading domestic and international mid-market clients. As a key member of the RSM International network, we work closely with over 64,000 colleagues in 830 offices, spanning over 120 countries. **The Role** * Ensure the provision of technically sound, clear, and commercially focused advice on indirect tax matters. * Manage a portfolio of indirect tax clients and oversee a compliance portfolio. * Develop and grow the firm's indirect tax service offering. * Contribute to the operational management of the tax business and take responsibility for specific areas as required. * Coordinate and collaborate with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives. * Contribute to the development of technical knowledge and training of staff on indirect taxes. **Ideal Candidate** * Experience in a management role in practice. * Comprehensive VAT technical knowledge and experience. * Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio. * A proven track record in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work. * Self-motivated and capable of leading a team. * Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
