Global Tax Leadership Opportunity

Experienced tax professional sought to lead a dynamic tax team and shape global tax strategies for a leading Irish company.

As a Tax Director, you will have a significant impact on the company's tax strategies and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in tax management, a deep understanding of corporate and employment tax for global mobility, and excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 12 in the tax department
• Manage multiple tax assignments concurrently and build effective relationships across departments
• Provide expert advice on tax matters to support business objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years at Manager level or above
• At least 12 years PQE experience
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in tax management
