R&D Tax Director (Irish Head) This leading tax advisory practice is expanding their operations firm the UK into Ireland and seek to appoint a Tax Director - Business leader for their Irish Market Clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for the firms Irish business. taking ownership of their existing referral relationships and new client growth as well and managing R&D claims from start to finish. You will be supported by a top class team of technical professionals with PhD's and Industry specific expertise as well as tax technical professionals and colleagues from the UK office. This position offers an excellent opportunity to drive the growth of an organisation as well as the leadership and supported autonomy needed to do so. Key Responsibilities: Examine client operations to determine costs qualifying for R&D incentives. Plan, organize, and execute the financial portion of engagements, including client meetings. Manage projects to ensure client expectations are met. Assist clients in discussions/audits with revenue. Mentor junior team members. Conduct technical research to support client engagements and thought leadership. Identify new products or services for clients. Manage fee and collection targets. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: CTA with a minimum of 4 years PQE Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills Client service ethos, adaptable, commercially minded, and ambitious Entrepreneurial and resourceful attitude.
