Job Title: FS Tax Manager
FS Tax Manager Summary: This role is focused on Real Estate and Alternative Asset Management industry clients, working with top talent to drive business growth and innovation.
The experienced Tax FS team of 180, including 10 Partners, are experts in their respective fields, specialising in the dynamic and diverse world of Financial Services.
The group works across core areas of Banking & Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management and Insurance, providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients in areas such as aviation finance, treasury operations, insurance, real estate and investment funds.

The group works across core areas of Banking & Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management and Insurance, providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients in areas such as aviation finance, treasury operations, insurance, real estate and investment funds.
Key areas of focus include:
- Providing advice on the Irish tax aspects of international deals, identifying tax risks and analysing foreign portfolio tax and international reporting requirements.
- Structuring Irish products, working with clients to drive business growth and innovation.
- Managing client relationships, building business opportunities and identifying new revenue streams.
- Playing an active role in training and coaching junior staff members, promoting a learning culture.
As an FS Tax Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve complex tax and broader business issues from strategy to execution.
Key skills and competencies include:
- At least 5+ years experience in Tax consulting.
- AITI/CTA Qualified with a strong academic record.
- Commercial awareness with an ability to develop business opportunities.
- Relationship management, creative problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills, with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.
