Key Responsibilities: Advise on domestic and international corporate restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. Counsel financial institutions on insolvency-related tax queries. Support high-net-worth individuals with wealth management and asset transactions. Advise on employment-related tax matters, including share schemes and severance payments. Handle tax controversy matters, including audits and investigations. Candidate Profile: Qualified Solicitor or AITI Tax Advisor with up to 3 years PQE in Irish corporate tax law gained with a leading law or accountancy firm in Ireland. Newly qualified Tax candidates will also be considered. Excellent technical, drafting, and client management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
