GPC Finance is working with a medium-sized firm located in Dublin City Centre.

This is a new opportunity within the firm and requires a positive, self-motivated individual with superior organisational and technical skills, who can execute multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure a high level of professional standards.


The Role:


The Tax Manager will work closely with the Tax Director and will have a mix of compliance and advisory projects for personal and corporate clients across all tax heads.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate clients.
  • Preparing and reviewing returns across the portfolio of clients.
  • Managing and assisting with specific advisory assignments in all areas of tax, including corporate tax, income tax (including payroll taxes), capital gains tax, capital acquisitions tax, and VAT.
  • Taking ownership of client relationships and managing them, providing guidance and support.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualification as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) is essential; an Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Experience working across multiple tax heads (minimum 3+ years PQE).
  • The ability to work with different taxation software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
