Job Summary: Experienced Tax Managers sought to oversee corporate tax services, provide expert counsel, and collaborate with finance division. The successful candidate will have AITI/CTA qualification, minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Oversee delivery, creation, and evaluation of corporate tax services for diverse clientele
- Provide expert counsel on domestic and international corporate tax matters within the Irish context
- Collaborate with corporate finance division on conducting due diligence for company and asset transactions
- Cultivate and enhance business relationships and visibility in the market
- Contribute as a valuable member of a cross-functional team
- Supervise day-to-day operations within the tax team
- Guide, nurture, and empower junior team members through mentorship and coaching
Requirements:
- AITI/CTA qualification or equivalent certification
- Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in taxation and in a similar role
- Proficiency in managing and mentoring the growth of junior team members
- Exceptional organizational prowess and strategic planning abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven aptitude in project management, consistently meeting stringent deadlines
