Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage company tax strategy and planning.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international tax regulations.
- Oversee preparation and review of tax returns and filings.
- Conduct tax research and provide advice on tax implications of business decisions.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their development and performance.
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Irish tax laws and international tax principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
