Tax Manager Opportunity
High-growth accounting practice seeks experienced Tax Managers to lead corporate tax services for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery, creation, and evaluation of corporate tax services for clients in various industries.
- Provide expert counsel on domestic and international corporate tax matters within the Irish context.
- Collaborate with corporate finance division on due diligence for company and asset transactions.
- Maintain seamless communication with other departments to address tax-related concerns.
- Cultivate and enhance business relationships and visibility in the market.
- Contribute as a valuable member of a cross-functional team.
- Supervise day-to-day operations within the tax team.
- Guide, nurture, and empower junior team members through mentorship and coaching.

Requirements
- AITI/CTA qualification or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in taxation and in a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing and mentoring the growth of junior team members.
- Exceptional organizational prowess and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven aptitude in project management, consistently meeting stringent deadlines.
- A keen business sense with a knack for commercial insights.
- Effective written communication skills, particularly in report writing.
- Ability to excel both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
