Job Description
Job Summary: Lead the finance function in Tax, Governance, Treasury and Capital Expenditure. Drive Group Tax Compliance, Financial Governance, Treasury Function and Capital Expenditure process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement tax strategy, ensure compliance and timely tax filings.
- Improve tax and finance governance, address audit points and enhance controls.
- Manage banking, treasury, and cash flow for operations and capital projects.
- Oversee capital expenditure processes across the Group.
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and financial accountability compliance.
- Simplify corporate structure and collaborate on tax issues with operations teams.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor or Accountant with Tax Qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- At least 5 years PQE.
- Understanding and experience of the Not-for-Profit sector (desirable).
- Ability to advise and implement tax compliance.
- Ability to identify and address critical financial challenges.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
