Experienced Tax Manager sought to lead corporate income tax return compliance and ensure timely completion and filing of all tax returns.
Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organization, is seeking a motivated and analytical Tax Manager to take ownership of the tax function across multiple jurisdictions in Ireland and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate income tax return compliance.
- Ensure timely completion and filing of all tax returns.
- Assist senior management with global mobility tax issues.
- Support senior management with internal and external tax inquiries/audits.
- Assist with the preparation of local and master transfer pricing documentation.
- Stay up to date with changes in local tax legislation.
- Conduct ad-hoc tax research as needed.
Requirements:
- Professional tax qualification (AITI/CTA or equivalent), with an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
- PQE tax experience from a Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting firm and/or multinational corporation.
- Advanced knowledge of tax accounting, audit processes, and tax law.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
- High motivation, with the ability to engage positively with colleagues, external advisors, and stakeholders.
- Self-directed, quick learner with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proven track record of dedication, hard work, and excellence in academic or professional settings.
