Key Responsibilities: Oversee all tax compliance and reporting for the group, ensuring adherence to local, national, and international tax laws. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimise the companys tax position and reduce liabilities. Prepare and review tax returns and related documents, and liaise with tax authorities and auditors to resolve issues. Provide expert tax advice to senior management and other departments, supporting strategic planning and business decisions. Manage global mobility tax matters, including compliance, tax equalisation, and support for internationally mobile employees. Monitor changes in tax legislation and compliance regulations, assessing their impact on the business and updating policies accordingly. Essential Criteria: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and/or CTA qualified. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a tax environment (practice or industry). Excellent written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
