Job Description

Our client, a large non-profit organization are looking for a senior finance professional to lead the finance function within the areas of Tax, Governance, Treasury and Capital Expenditure.

You will drive the Group's Tax Compliance, Financial Governance, Treasury Function and Capital Expenditure process.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, benefits package and 27 days annual leave.

With offices in Dublin West, they are operating with a hybrid working model.


Responsibilities:

• Implement tax strategy, ensuring compliance and timely tax filings.
• Improve tax and finance governance, addressing audit points and enhancing controls.
• Manage banking, treasury, and cash flow for operations and capital projects.
• Oversee capital expenditure processes across the Group.
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and financial accountability compliance.
• Simplify corporate structure and collaborate on tax issues with operations teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor or Accountant with Tax Qualification
• CTA, ACA, ACCA OR CIMA
• At least 5 years PQE
• Understanding and experience of the NotforProfit sector (desirable).
• Ability to advise and implement tax compliance.
• Ability to identify and address critical financial challenges.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
