As part of a dedicated Group Tax Team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of tax areas, including Corporation Tax, VAT, Global Mobility, and Tax Compliance, all within a company that values work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: As a Group Tax Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Tax to manage all aspects of the companys tax affairs, including: Preparing and reviewing corporation tax, VAT, and other indirect tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Managing global mobility tax matters, including expatriate tax planning and compliance for internationally mobile employees. Calculating and reviewing tax provisions for financial statements, monthly reports, and quarterly regulatory submissions. Providing tax advice and support to various business units within the Group on a wide range of issues. Assisting in tax planning and structuring for significant investment transactions and other ad hoc tax projects. Developing and promoting Group-wide tax policies, procedures, and best practices. Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation, legal, and regulatory requirements, and assessing their impact on the Group. Leading and mentoring the Group Tax Specialist and trainees, ensuring professional development and effective performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different business units. Identifying opportunities for process improvements in quality, efficiency, and timeliness within the Group Tax function. Essential Criteria: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and/or CTA qualified. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a tax environment (practice or industry). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
