Xeinadin was established in 2019 when more than 100 successful, independent, business advisory and accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland came together to re-imagine the future of accountancy. Xeinadin Tax Advisory is a team of specialist tax advisors for our Irish clients and complements the work of our existing tax teams on specialist matters, ensuring excellence in tax planning and advice. Our work is diverse, interesting and provides significant added value. We are recruiting for a Senior Manager who will work as part of a growing impactful team of genuine tax specialists in Dublin. The work will cover some of the most interesting tax projects that Xeinadin can offer. Key Responsibilities: Key areas of focus will include corporate grouping, reorganisations/demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, inheritance tax advice, and more. Ownership and responsibility for client projects is required, experience of working with entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses as well as HNWI's will be beneficial. You will be comfortable being presented as a technical expert, and client management experience is a must. As well as strong technical tax skills, you will need analytical and report writing skills to put it all together into clear advice for clients. Qualifications: You will be a qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA) with a number of years experience seeking to leave behind the confines of a typical practice environment, to work in a highly team oriented and flexible environment alongside other tax specialists. This role brings strong career development potential to Director level and beyond.
