Job Description:
As a Tax Director, you will lead a team of problem solvers, contribute to creating a culture of collaboration and team-based learning, and help clients solve complex personal and business issues.
- Lead complex and challenging assignments, building strategic relationships with a diverse client base.
- Bring innovative ideas to clients, keeping abreast of the wider tax and policy landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the success of a challenging, evolving, and varied portfolio of clients.
- Drive growth via business development initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships, collaborating with teams across the business.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of collaboration, team-based learning, and real-time feedback.
- Coach team members, driving the team to make a difference and deliver results.
- Design and lead training initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Lead our digital transformation strategy, identifying opportunities and implementing technologies for client benefit.
- Set the tone in promoting risk management and compliance procedures.
- Responsible for the financial aspects of projects, including budgetary and time constraints.
About You:
- 8+ years of experience as a CTA or Qualified Accountant, with a senior manager/associate director/director position.
- Strong technical and client relationship skills in private client and/or private business and/or M&A space.
- Ambitious, with a strong commitment to personal self-directed learning and development, building market profile, and seeking growth and progression opportunities.
- Enthusiastic team player, with a passion to coach, motivate, and encourage others to achieve their potential.
- Proven ability to support the ongoing development of the team and lead our recruitment and retention strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
