You will play a pivotal role in overseeing tax strategies and compliance, contributing to the financial operations that support the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through clinical research.What You Will Be Doing:Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize financial performance and compliance.Managing all aspects of tax planning, including domestic and international tax obligations.Collaborating with finance and legal teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions.Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations, advising on their impact on the organization.Leading tax audits and resolving tax-related issues with regulatory authorities.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience (8+ years) in tax management, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
