Seeking a Senior Manager, Tax to oversee tax strategies and compliance, contributing to financial operations that support clinical research.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance and compliance.
- Manage all aspects of tax planning, including domestic and international tax obligations.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, advising on their impact on the organization.
- Lead tax audits and resolve tax-related issues with regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in tax management, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
