Senior Manager in Corporate Tax Team
RSM Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Corporate Tax team, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing high-quality tax services.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with complex tax affairs
- Deliver high-quality tax compliance services and identify further work opportunities
- Work on advisory projects, including M&A, due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganisation assignments
- Collaborate with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives
- Contribute to the operational management of the corporate tax department
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and attract, develop, and retain top talent

The ideal candidate will have:
- ITI and ACA/ACCA qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a management role in a tax practice or industry
- Strong technical skills to deliver corporate tax advisory services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong Microsoft applications skills
