Job Description
A Tax Solicitor is sought in the Cork office of a well-established law firm to join a team of tax professionals delivering timely, practical, and commercial advice to clients.
The role involves working with a diverse mix of Irish, International, private, and corporate clients, gaining exposure to various areas of tax law, and collaborating with high-calibre professionals in other disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality tax advice and solutions to clients
- Building relationships with clients and colleagues within the tax team and the firm
- Working collaboratively with professionals in Property, Employment, and Corporate and Commercial teams
- Staying up-to-date with tax law developments and best practices
- Contributing to the growth and success of the tax team
Requirements:
- 1-4 years PQE
- Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute or a strong interest in becoming a member
- Strong academic credentials
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and deliver exceptional client service
- Proactive, innovative, and adaptable approach
- Strong work ethic and flexibility
