Corporate Tax Solicitor sought for Dublin office of international law firm with 2-4 years PQE, advising on complex tax matters and structuring transactions.
We are seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join our team in Dublin. As a member of our tax team, you will provide tax advice on a global basis, working on a wide range of transactions from private equity to corporate acquisitions and disposals. You will advise domestic and international clients on tax matters, including inward investment, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property exploitation, and tax-efficient financing structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing tax advice on complex transactions and structuring
- Advising domestic and international clients on tax matters
- Working with the global tax team to provide precision tax advice
You will need to be a bright and switched-on individual, capable of grasping complex tax matters and conveying their application in a client-friendly manner. In return, you will gain exposure to an excellent array of complex and interesting work with both a national and international aspect.

Minimum requirements:
