Job Description
The Team Lead (TL) is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project to ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, as well as all procedures/guidelines specified by the customer. Day to Day Responsibilities: Manage a team of successful Sales Consultants; Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback; Delegate tasks effectively; Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment; Oversee productivity and workflow of assigned team. Set clear expectations; Assign written targets; Complete monthly and quarterly check-ins; Complete pipeline overviews & providing forecasts Maintaining open and effective channels of communication with the client/s to ensure that our client is meeting objectives and delivering value through our project performance and relationship management; communicating client updates and/or requests to the team in a timely manner Create reports that track project performance against goals; Present reports to internal and external stakeholders What are we looking for: *Expert level of spoken and written German language skills required *Fluency in English language written and Spoken is skills required *Minimum of 1 year experience successfully leading a team *Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales / negotiation / B2B phone sales is desired, but not required *Must be comfortable placing outbound calls *Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry is helpful but not required What's in for you: Salary: Base 40,000 + 12k commission (Uncapped) Full-time, permanent contract Health and dental insurance 28 days increasing holiday entitlement Weekly competitions and prizes Fantastic company and team events International networking opportunities If you are interested in this position or would like to hear more about it, please apply now or send me an email on #LI-VR1 Skills: Sales German B2B negotiation Customer service
