Job Description:
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback.

Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
- Minimum 1 year experience leading a team and 2 years in a sales role.
- Solution driven mentality, effective time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

- Salary: €52,000 OTE per year (uncapped commissions).
