Job Description
Seeking a Team Lead to supervise production on a shift basis at the Kilkenny Food Company facility, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and contributing to the team's output.

The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising production on a shift basis, reporting to the Production Manager. This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months with the potential to be extended depending on performance and business need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with food safety standards to ensure CCP are completed and adhered to in each work location.
- Conform with Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure good plant hygiene standards are maintained in the area you are working.
- Documentation control where applicable.
- Keep pace with production flow and contribute consistently to the team output.
Requirements:
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a factory or food environment will be advantageous.
- Manual Handling and forklift certification desirable.
