My client, a top 20 global insurance broker, is seeking a Team Lead to manage their existing business team in Personal Lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader to take their career to the next level.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the existing business team in a proactive manner
- Identifying smarter ways of working to enhance the digital customer journey
- Ensuring all reports are completed and distributed in a timely and effective fashion
Requirements:
- CIP qualification
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and people management skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of the Irish insurance market
