Lead Medical Communications Team to deliver high-quality med comms projects on time and within budget.

As a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in Medical Communications, HEOR, or Statistics, you will lead a team of experts to drive project delivery, quality control, and process improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the team meets project milestones, adheres to process compliance, and delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage med comms project delivery for assigned brands, ensuring timely execution of deliverables with high quality and within budget.
  • Directly manage key activities, oversee quality control, issue resolution, workflow processes, and colleague engagement.
  • Lead, coach, and manage associates in the team, championing people engagement and culture development.
  • Develop and implement management control systems to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to process compliance.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders through regular updates, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report established KPIs, taking proactive action to continuously strive for improvements.
  • Recruit talent, manage performance, and develop associates through development/training plans, coaching, or mentoring.
  • Set direction, align, and motivate team members to achieve set goals and objectives.
