Responsibilities: Manage the existing business team in a proactive manner Identify smarter ways of working that move towards a digital customer journey Identify training requirements for individual team members Ensure that all reports are completed and distributed in an effective and timely fashion Requirements: Must be CIP qualified. 2+ years experience in a similar role.
